A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** B - Garfield Bay Road Pressure Sewer: Construction of a pressure sewer main extension along a portion of Garfield Bay Road. Schedule C - Hoffman Avenue Pressure Sewer: Construction of a pressure sewer main extension along a portion of Hoffman Avenue, with associated roadway rehabilitation. Schedule D - Reuse Irrigation Site: Construction of irrigation line extensions at the existing effluent storage lagoon on Garfield Bay Cutoff Road. Schedule E - Lift Station #1: Replacement of existing lift station pumps. Schedule F - Lift Station #2: Replacement of existing lift station electrical components. Schedule G - Lift Station #3: Replacement of existing lift station components, including pumps, electrical control, generator, and associated system components. Schedule H - Lift Station #4: Replacement of existing lift station pumps. Schedule I - Lift Station #5: Replacement of existing lift station components, including pumps, electrical control, generator, and associated system components. Bids are requested for the following Contract: GBWSD Wastewater System Improvements Obtaining the Bidding Documents Information. the website's bid posting search page after login. Prospective Bidders must register for a free Regular membership to be considered a plan holder and receive automatic addenda and bid updates. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Each bidder must supply all the information required by the Bid Documents and Specifications. This project is funded by the USDA and ARPA and is subject to all requirements set forth in the contract documents. All contractors, subcontractors, or specialty contractors shall be required to have a current license as a Public Works Contractor in the State of Idaho in order to submit and Bid or Proposal on this Project. Instructions to Bidders For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. American Iron and Steel Section 746 of Title VII of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2017 (Division A - Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2017) and subsequent statutes mandating domestic preference applies an American Iron and Steel requirement to this project. All iron and steel products used in this project must be produced in the United States. The following waivers apply to this Contract: De Minimis, Minor Components, Pig iron and direct reduced iron.
