Scope of work The Plans, Specifications, Bidder's Documents, Contract Documents, Bidder requirements, and all other agreements are interrelated and their intent is to prescribe a complete improvement. The Contractor shall perform all items of work in the Proposal Forms, Plans, and reduced work or extra work as ordered. The Contractor shall furnish, unless provided otherwise, all material, machinery, equipment, supplies, transportation and labor for the completion of the project. The Contractor shall, for the price bid, perform all work shown on the Plans, required by the Specifications, or as reasonably inferred, requested, or as required for a complete and workable project. The intent of the Contract Documents is to include all items necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Work by the Contractor. The Contract Documents are complementary, and what is required by one shall be as binding as if required by all. Performance by the Contractor shall be required only to the extent consistent with the Contract Documents and reasonably inferable from them as being necessary to produce the intended results.
