The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the WV Army National Guard, Construction & Facilities Management Office, to establish a contract to provide all labor, materials, tools, supplies and equipment to replace the current HVAC Controls in the facility located at the (CSMS) Combined Support Maintenance Shop, in Red House, WV, per the attached documentation.
