A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Project consists of furnishing labor and materials and performing all work set forth in the Advertisement for Bids, Information for Bidders, Bid and Bid Schedule (Form of Proposal and Unit Price Bid Form), General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, AML Requirements, Specification Special Conditions, Technical Specifications and Plans (Drawings) prepared by Potesta & Associates, Inc., and all addenda issued prior to receipt of Bids. The Work to be bid upon is generally described as follows: Totals from Dennison Run and McAvoy Run extensions include the connection to the existing water line mains, installation of water lines, service lines, fire hydrants and other necessary water line appurtenances: Approximately 7,760 linear feet of 6-inch ductile iron and PVC water line. Approximately 2,950 linear feet of 3-inch and 2-inch PVC water line. Approximately 11 service connections and associated appurtenances. Approximately four fire hydrant assemblies. Other water line components. Approximately four connections to existing water lines. Construction time limit for the Contract is 210 consecutive calendar days to substantial completion for Base Bid work.
