The scope of work includes applying a new surface layer, reconstruction of corner curb ramps, applying tack coat as well as other pay items. This is a UNIT PRICE contract. All items will be paid for on a quantified basis as shown in the ITEMIZED PROPOSAL. Any quantities over the minimum anticipated will be paid for at the UNIT PRICE in the contract. All installed quantities will be paid for per the UNIT PRICE even if the quantity does not reach the minimum anticipated. A .kmz Google Earth file will be available upon request showing the limits of each alternate.
