Purchase and Delivery of Plug Valves as specified for the City & Borough of Juneau, (CBJ), Juneau Douglas Treatment Plant (JDTP). Questions must be received a minimum of two (2) business days prior to the solicitation deadline, by email to Purchasing@juneau.gov . Any changes to CBJ issued documents will be though an addendum to the solicitation. All addenda will be issued as promptly as possible to all plan holders and will become part of the solicitation contract documents. DIVISION CONTACT: The Division purchasing contact will be Nathan Bodenstadt, Administrative Coordinator for CBJ Public Works/Engineering, Water Utilities Division. PRICE, F.O.B. POINT & DELIVERY DATE: Quote price is to include all related costs, including shipping and delivery to the final destination or FOB Point. Shipping costs must be imbedded into the unit price. F.O.B. destination is: CBJ Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 2009 Radcliffe Rd, Juneau, AK 99801. Delivery at the final destination is requested thirty (30) days or sooner, after receipt of order (ARO). Indicate on the Quote Schedule & Signature Page, the number of calendar days required for delivery. Delivery date is a consideration for award. Delivery dates longer than 120 days may not be considered and could be deemed as non-responsible/non-responsive. NEW EQUIPMENT, ACCEPTANCE & RETURNS: Bidder represents that all equipment offered under this specification shall be new. Used, shopworn, demonstrator, prototype or discontinued models are not acceptable. The City reserves the right to determine suitability of items offered. All goods or materials are subject to approval by the City. Any items rejected because of non-conformity of the terms and conditions or specifications of this contract, whether held by the City or returned, will be at the Supplier's risk and expense. MANUFACTURING: Materials and assembly used in the manufacture of items and equipment must be free of any damages and defects. Requested items and equipment will conform to generally accepted industry standards, manufactures published specifications, and required technical specifications. All items and equipment will be new and unused. REVIEW OF GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIIONS: Attached to this solicitation are documents required for this project (ATTACHMENT A). Vendors should carefully review all attachments. Awarded Vendor is expected to comply with these requirements. ACCEPTANCE & RETURNS: CBJ reserves the right to determine suitability of items offered. All goods or materials are subject to approval by CBJ. Any items rejected because of non-conformity of the terms and conditions or specifications of this contract, whether held by CBJ or returned, will be at the Contractor's risk and expense.
