Scope of Work: Interior renovation of Zanesville Highway Patrol Post including, restrooms, finishes throughout, evidence locker and BAC rooms, along with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades. Post to relocate to external site during construction. Post to remain operational during construction. Contractor to coordinate phasing with post leadership. Pre-bid Meeting: There will not be a Pre-Bid meeting. The time for Substantial Completion of all Work is 150 consecutive days from the Commencement Date in the Notice to Proceed. General Trades (Lead) $580,000.00 nclude Allowances in your bid: $33,000.00 for Furniture and $25,927.00 for Security Alternate 1: Remove and Replace Existing Furnaces and associates cooling units. $24,000.00 The EDGE Participation Goal for the Project is 5.0 percent. Prevailing Wage rates and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements are applicable to this Project. If your company does not submit a Bid Bond with your bid; but a certified check, cashier's check or a letter of credit with your bid; a Performance Bond will be required. EDGE is required for bids exceeding $50,000. Participation should include 5% of the full bid amount including labor and materials. EDGE vendors can include labor and material suppliers. Prevailing Wage rates are required for any state project that exceeds $75,000. Facility Access background checks required from all Contractor employees before work may begin. Contractor must submit all required forms within 3 days of contract award to allow time to process all paperwork.
