The purpose of this work is for clear zone maintenance and address sight distance safety issues. The height of the cut shall be a minimum of twenty (20) feet measured vertically from the white edge line. The trim line shall be the right of way line or (30) feet measured horizontally from the white edge line, whichever is less. This contract has a budgetary estimate of $250,000.00. Mobilization and Maintenance of Traffic are incidental to the pay item listed. Question Deadline 05/01/2025 at 5:00 PM ET, Questions posted to this site will be responded to by the Department.
