Site work for a water / sewer project in Cedar Lake, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of the furnishing and installation of all equipment, labor and materials for the sanitary sewer construction in the Town of Cedar Lake, IN. The project documents may be examined at the offices of nies engineering, inc., 2421 173rd street, hammond, indiana, 46323, by appointment only. Bids shall be properly and completely executed on the bid form, and must be accompanied by an indiana state board of accounts form 96, signed copies of addenda (if issued), and satisfactory bid security, as set forth in the project documents. Bid security may be retained by the Board for a period of not-to-exceed thirty (30) days for all bidders and not-to-exceed sixty (60) days for the Bidder given tentative award of Contract. Bidders must be experienced in the construction of the type of facilities to be constructed under the contract for which a bid is submitted. Bidders shall complete Bid Form 96, Section 00751, Financial Questionnaire and provide Financial Statement which are to be submitted with their bid. The Town Cedar Lake reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding, should the Board deem it to be in the public interest to do so Substantial completion within Three Hundred and Sixty Five (365) consecutive calendar days, with a contract completion time of Four Hundred Twenty Five (425) consecutive calendar days from date of the Notice to Proceed.
