Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Lewisville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The project includes materials and labor as outlined below: Specifications:o Dimensions: 40 ft x 60 ft, 16 ft wall height.o Foundation: 5-inch reinforced concrete slab.o Doors: 3 overhead doors (12 ft x 14 ft each) and 2 standard entry doors.o Loft and Office: 10 ft x 20 ft loft with stairs, and 10 ft x 20 ft storage space beneath the loft.o Utilities: Full electrical installation, LED lighting, furnace, and central air conditioning.o Structural Components: 2x4 purlins spaced 2 ft on center; trusses spaced 4 ft on center with 1 ft overhangs.o Exterior Finish: Metal sheeting on walls and trusses; soffit and 6-inch gutters with downspouts.o Interior Finish: Metal sheeting for interior walls; insulation for temperature control.o Inspections: Regular inspections throughout the building process to ensure compliance. Contractor Responsibilities: All materials and labor to be provided by the contractor.
