Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Wasco, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Other Projects may include the Central Corridor Expansion and other yet to be determined capital projects. The new Wasco High School Gymnasium will be approximately 40,000 square feet and will include: I Boys' and Girls' Locker Rooms I Entry Foyer I Restrooms (accessible from both inside and outside) I Snack Bar (accessible from both inside and outside) I Weight Room (with outside access) I Main Gym (with seating for approximately 2,000 in bleachers) The Central Corridor Expansion Project will include: I Modular Units for five (5) Office/Classroom Spaces I One Modular Restroom Unit I A New Entryway to the Wasco High Sports Complex I On-Site Preparation for Future Projects I Wrought Iron Fencing Other projects associated with the New Gymnasium, Central Corridor Expansion, and any additional capital projects that arise during the construction time frame of the Wasco High School Gymnasium may be included in the scope of services to be provided by the CM@Risk firm. Estimated Schedule of Work: Estimated Project start and completion dates are set forth below and include time for the District and regulatory reviews or approvals. Actual dates for each phase of the Work will be detailed in the final CM@Risk Agreement. Preconstruction Plan Phase Start: May, 2025 Complete: December, 2025 Construction Phase Start: July, 2026 Complete: July,2028 Question Deadline 04/15/2025 at 5:00 PM PT
