**As of June 2, 2025, the project was awarded to Scherbenske Inc., with an awarded amount of $1,488,897.90.** Description: The work generally consists of: 1. 150,000 CY of combine topsoil, subsoil, and clay excavation 2. Access road construction 3. Installation of clay liner and 60 Mil HDPE geomembrane 4. Installation of leachate collection system 5. Drainage 6. Fencing 7.
