The City of Jamestown, ND is seeking a qualified consultant to serve as the CDBG Administrator and complete a project aggregated Environmental Review (ER) in accordance with 24 CFR Part 58 and Part 50 regulations. The CDBG Administrator also is assisting with the completion of a full CDBG Application, processing all CDBG draw/cash requests, and assisting in closing out of the CDBG Grant once the CDBG National Objective has been met. Beyond Shelter, Inc. is proposing to construct a multi-year, multi-phase affordable senior housing development on the project site. The project site has been identified as the proposed Lot 1, Block 1 of Beyond Shelter First Addition, within the southwest quarter of Section 2, T139N, R64W of the Fifth Principal Meridian, being within the City of Jamestown, Stutsman County, North Dakota.
