The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and rebid the project until a satisfactory bid is received in accordance with 48-01.2-07. The Owner reserves the right to hold all bids for a period of THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF THE OPENING. All bids must be accompanied by a separate envelope containing the contractor's license and bid security complying with Section 48-01.2-05 of the North Dakota Century Code. The bid security must be in a sum equal to five (5%) percent of the full amount of the bid; including all add Alternates and must be in the form of a bidder's bond. The copy of the contractor's license or Certificate of Renewal thereof issued by the Secretary of State must be enclosed in the required bid bond envelope complying with Section 43-07-12 of the North Dakota Century Code. Bids which do not comply with the Bond and Licensing provisions and any deficient bid submitted will be resealed and returned to the Bidder. All Bidders will be notified in writing within seven (7) days of the bid date of the selection of the successful Contractor along with a bid tabulation of all bid submittals.
