The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Lebanon will receive bids for Street Reconstruction on South Railroad Street in Myerstown, Lebanon County, Construction Contract , Bids are invited for Railroad Street Reconstruction, Myerstown Borough A Bid Bond, in the form provided in the documents, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. Attention of the bidders is called to the fact that the Contract Documents contain information pertaining to: Davis Bacon Federal Prevailing Wage Rates, Non Discrimination Requirements, Equal Opportunity goals, and MBE/WBE requirements. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Bids may be held by the owner for a period not to exceed sixty(60) days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract.
