Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in East Tawas, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Tawas Beach Road Bike Path Davis-Bacon wage rates will not apply. There will be no organized site visit. Award will follow after the Township has had an opportunity to review the bids. Bids are to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked as, ''Baldwin Township Tawas Beach Road Bike Path Bid''. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, however it is intended to make award of a firm, fixed-price contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based upon the rules outlined in the Bid Form. Construction is intended to commence following project award in late April or early May. The project must be completed within 45 days. No liquidated damages will be assessed. No construction estimate has been calculated.
