East Tawas City Park is seeking bids for Fence and Landscaping installation at Harbor Park. The East Tawas City Park reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of any bid or bids, to waive irregularities in bidding, or to accept such bids as may in the opinion of the City Park and City Council be to the best advantage or alternative to the City. Scope: Furnish and install all elements. Construct heavy duty black aluminum smooth top ornamental fence with six stone pillars and concrete footings with black heavy duty aluminum gate at campground access drive to match fence. Contractor to install arborvitae hedge along fence. Install landscape bed and plantings along fence in Harbor Park. Contractor to install a stone seat wall to match the pillars, with concrete footings and cap. Contractor to install sod at all disturbed areas within Harbor Park, including building removal area. Contractor to reset three raised beds in Harbor Park. Resetting is to consist of the removal of mulch, lowering of grade a minimum of 6 , installation of new edging and mulch, and the protection of all existing plantings and irrigation.
