Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in New Berlin, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; road / highway; and road / highway.
In general, the project consists of the demolition of 4 existing structures, the construction of 1 building, approximately 4,200 square yards of asphalt path replacement, 270 linear feet of concrete curb & gutter and 150 square yards of concrete sidewalk replacement, and approximately 1,000 linear feet of 6" water service, 200 linear feet of 1 1/2 " water services, and 1,150 linear feet of 2" sanitary services. The bid consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the demolition of four structures and the construction of three new structures within Malone Park, including grading, asphalt trails, and new water, sanitary and electrical connections to the new structures. Also included in the scope of work is the replacement of ball diamond fencing and netting within the park.
