Renovation of a mixed-use development in Janesville, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Rock County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids; to waive any technicality or error in any bid or part therein, and to accept the same or combinations, in whole or in part, whichever is deemed to be in the best interest of Rock County. The Work consists of tuck-pointing and other masonry preservation work at two (2) separate buildings in Janesville, Wisconsin for Rock County. 1. The Work is to be completed at the following sites, where shown in the Construction Drawings: a. Youth Services Center (YSC) (210 US Highway 14) b. Rock County Courthouse (51 S. Main Street) 2. The work includes tuck-pointing, through-wall flashing replacement, re-flashing lintels, sealant replacement, and sheet metal work. a. See Part 3 below for further description of the various work items. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. All questions concerning this Invitation to Bid shall be submitted in writing to Sarah Smith, Purchasing Manager. Questions must be received by 12:00 noon (local time), April 21 st , 2025. Questions received after this date and time will not be answered. Questions must be e-mailed to sarah.smith@co.rock.wi.us and must include ITP #2025-06 in the subject line.
