The City of Janesville, Wisconsin hereby gives notice that it will receive bids for the LED Street Lights project, which includes federal funding through the Carbon Reduction Program (CRP). The project includes furnishing all materials for 110 new street light fixtures and LED conversion kits for existing Sternberg street lighting. All bidders shall bid in accordance with the contract documents including the Special Provisions and Technical Specifications. The project will be let to the lowest responsible bidder and must meet the specifications and contracts on file with the City Clerk. The determination of the lowest responsible and best bid will be decided by the City Engineer.
