Renovation of a residential development in Honesdale, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,000-square-foot residential development.
Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request which must be received by the Architect/Engineer no later than Friday, May 9th, 2025 at 4:00 PM Wayne County will receive sealed bids appropriately identified for: Women's Sober House Project has one single prime construction contract: General Construction The project consists of, but is not limited to, renovation of a two story, 3,000 square foot building, a 200 square root stair addition and associated site development to become a sober house to serve the community's population that are reentering after rehab. Bids shall be submitted on the form provided and shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified cheek, or cashier's check equal to five percent of the total price submitted. Bids must remain valid for the period of time stated on the bid form, Wayne Comity reserves the right to resect any or all bids. All requests for Bid Documents shall include the following information: Email address for Bidding/Contract Document and addenda purposes.
