The Wayne County (Pennsylvania) Commissioners are soliciting bids for the Rehabilitation of the Hankins Pond Dam. A brief description of the project: Demolition of the existing concrete fire pond, partial demolition of the existing earthen dam; construction of a new "U" shaped spillway, pedestrian bridge, lined fire pond with a dry hydrant, and associated site work. Question Deadline 06/09/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Questions through Online Portal The Wayne County Commissioners will award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder, reserving the right to waive any informality and accept or reject any and all Bids. A bid bond for 10% of the bid amount shall be provided with the bid. Performance and Payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract amount shall be provided by the successful bidder within 20 days of the award.
