Questions Due Date: Jul 24th 2025, 4:00 PM EDT a) Mobilization to the site and staging. b) Material purchase and installation of temporary erosion and sediment control measures per the approved Erosion and Sediment Control Plan. c) Demolition and site preparation for proposed project items; including land clearing and rough grading, per the plan drawings and specifications. d) Material purchase and installation of the Basketball Hoops, per the plan drawings and specifications. e) Material purchase and installation of concrete bench pads, per the plan drawings and specifications. f) Material purchase and installation of the basketball courts, per the plan drawings and specifications. This includes all acrylic paint lines, as shown in the plan drawings and specifications. g) Coordination with Canton Borough to receive, assemble, and install the Borough purchased benches, per the plan drawings and specifications. h) Final topsoil grading, rolling, seeding, and mulching of any remaining disturbed area. i) The removal of all construction materials; including all temporary erosion and sediment control BMPs. The bid must be submitted on forms furnished by the Landscape Architect and must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in an amount not less then ten percent (10%) of the amount of the base bid submitted. This sum will serve as a bid security and will be forfeited to Canton Borough, Pennsylvania as liquidated damages in the event that an award is made, and the Contract and Bonds are not promptly executed as required in the contract documents for required bonds and insurance coverage. Canton Borough reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technical defects and irregularities. Canton Borough reserves the right to remove any item from the project scope in the base bid form to ensure the project remains within the budget.
