Site work and paving for an educational facility in Honesdale, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
The Board of Directors of the Wayne Highlands School District will receive bids for a paving project involving blacktopping and resurfacing at Honesdale High School. Bids must be submitted with a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond in an amount equal to 10% of the total bid. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, select individual items, and waive any formalities in the bidding. Bids may be held for up to 30 days for review and investigation of bidder qualifications prior to awarding the contract. Specifications and contract documents are available at the school district office. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at Honesdale High School, during which a site visit and square footage verification can be conducted. Question Deadline 04/03/2026 No oral interpretation will be made to any Bidder as to the meaning of the Contract Documents or any part thereof . Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to the Owner . Any inquiry received five or more days prior to the date for the opening of Bids will be given consideration .
