Remodeling of an educational facility in Honesdale, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
The work is for the refurbishment of the Honesdale High School gymnasium floor. Bidders are required to submit a certified check or bank draft payable to the Wayne Highlands School District or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to 5% of the total bid. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to select individual items and to waive any formalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the owner for a period not to exceed 30 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidder, prior to the award of the contract.
