Renovation of a municipal facility in Honesdale, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,000-square-foot municipal facility.
Dessin Animal Shelter will receive sealed bids, appropriately identified, for "Building & Site Renovations" for a complete renovation of a 5,000 square foot animal shelter building. Project has one single prime construction contract - General Construction. Bids shall be submitted on the form provided and accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check equal to ten percent of the total price submitted inclusive of add alternates. Bids must remain valid for the period of time stated on the bid form. Dessin Animal Shelter reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bidding/Contract Documents may be obtained at no charge from BDA Architects, LLC via email from Kim Walker. A mandatory site visit will be held at the project site. Question Deadline 07/03/2026 Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request which must be received by the Architect/Engineer at least five (5) days prior to the date for receipt of Bids Every written request shall be addressed to BDA Architects, LLC, 200 Abington Executive Park, Suite 101, Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania 18411, Attention: Joshua J.
