Reference Number 0000291047 Pricing Lump sum D2.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the installation of asphalt and granular pathways. D2.2 The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Removal of existing fencing, and site furniture; (b) Rough grading; (c) Supply and install of subsurface drainage tied into existing catch basin; (d) Supply and install of culvert with grouted rip rap; (e) Supply and install of asphalt pavement; (f) Supply and install granular pavement; (g) Supply and install of timber edge planter ; (h) Supply and install of sod; (i) Supply and install of site furniture. (c) an irrevocable standby letter of credit issued by a bank or other financial institution registered to conduct business in Manitoba and drawn on a branch located in Winnipeg, in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price; or (d) a certified cheque or draft payable to "The City of Winnipeg", drawn on a bank or other financial institution registered to conduct business in Manitoba, in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price.
