The City of Ottawa is seeking offers from qualified firms to provide Water Meters and Parts. The City would like to qualify firms or independent Contractors in one, or more of the following categories: Category 1: Solid State Meters Category 2: Mechanical Water Meters and Mechanical Water Meter Parts 1 The proposed period of this standing offer is for a one-year term starting from Date of Authorization. 2 Pricing shall remain firm for the initial authorization period. The Standing Offer may be extended for two (2) additional one (1) year extension options subject to continued requirement, satisfactory service, terms and conditions, and pricing, in the sole opinion of the City. Increases for standing offer renewals or extensions shall be in accordance with section 32 (4) of the Procurement By-Law.
