The Housing Authority of the City of Pueblo (HACP) is requesting bids/proposals from licensed and bonded contractors to provide Yearly Painting & Cleaning services on an asneeded basis for Scattered Sites throughout Pueblo, CO. This contract will serve as a supplemental agreement to an existing painting and cleaning contract. No minimum amount of work is guaranteed under this solicitation. Services will be performed on vacant residential units, which may include single-family homes, duplexes, and multi-family buildings. It is anticipated that an agreement will be executed between The Housing Authority of the City of Pueblo and a contractor for this work, and will be for a period of one (1) year with an option to extend the service agreement for four (4) additional years, at one year intervals, based on agreed prices and the approval of the HACP, for a total not to exceed five (5) years.
