As of April 23, 2025 - Please note change in bid opening for the Pueblo West Asphalt Overlay 2025 Project. Per Addendum 1, the time for bid opening will be at 12:00 p.m. to avoid conflict with the Pueblo County Overlay Project. Pueblo West Asphalt Overlay 2025 The project shall include the resurfacing and rehabilitation of asphalt paved roads through the County's road network. Scope may include the milling, application of tack coat and placement of Hot Mix Asphalt per County specification. Each bid shall be made on the forms included in the Contract Documents and no Bidder may withdraw his Bid for a period of sixty (60) days from and after the date set for opening of Bids. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond on an approved form in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid price made payable to the Board of County Commissioners, County of Pueblo, State of Colorado. A Performance Bond, Labor and Materials Payment Bond and Certificates of Insurance (coverage in accordance with the contract documents) will be required of the successful bidder. The County reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities and to reject any and all Bids.
