Site work for a water / sewer project in Topeka, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work Includes, but is Not Limited to, Earthwork, Tree and Brush Removal, Installation of Storm Water Pipe, and Placement of Concrete, Riprap, Gabions, and Other Erosion Control Devices. Contractor is Responsible for Utility Locates. Contractor Will Order Material on Most Projects. Q and a Open4/10/2025 12:51:00 Am The Contract Period Will Run From the Date of Award Until Expiration on March 31, 2026. The Contract May Be Renewed for Two Additional One-year Periods by Mutual Consent of Both Parties Under the Same Terms and Conditions. Renewal Periods Would Expire on March 31, 2027 and March 31, 2028. Purchase Orders Will Be Issued for Services Provided Under These Contracts Per Project. The City of Topeka Reserves the Right to Utilize the Citys Traffic Control Contractor to Provide Aforementioned Traffic Control on Any Specific Project.
