The City of Topeka, Water Treatment Plant is requesting bids from qualified Contractors for the maintenance and servicing of Compressed Air Equipment. The selected Contractor will provide annual service and maintenance to maintain the integrity, public safety, and performance of the equipment. The selected Contractor shall be responsible for assuring that all maintenance and servicing fall within the parameters of the manufacture's specifications for the specified compressors. The contractor shall submit in writing to the designated City representative, a detailed listing of all maintenance and service performed. The contractor will be required to perform the following activities, which include but may not be limited to: A. Inspection of all units specified herein B. Cleaning and maintenance specified herein C. Repairs as needed as specified herein D. Replacement of parts as specified herein E. Removal and disposal of materials as specified herein Question Deadline 04/23/2025 at 3:30 PM CT. The initial term of the agreement with the selected Contractor will commence upon execution of both parties and will expire on July 31, 2026. The agreement will be renewable after the initial term for three (3) additional one (1) year periods under the same terms and conditions. The City will review all submittals and select the Contractor with the lowest, responsive, responsible bid. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to reject any bid of any bidder who, in the judgment of the City, is not in a position to perform the duties and responsibilities as outlined herein.
