Boston Common Ground Garage Storm Drain Pump R20 The project will remove and replace in kind 19 ejector pumps and 10 pump controllers at the Boston Common Garage. The ejector pumps include 8 Storm ejectors, 4 sanitary sewer ejector, 1 under slab drain ejector and 6 garage ejector pumps. The project will also provide 2 additional ejector pumps for attic stock. Questions or requests for information, clarification or interpretation of the bidding documents must be submitted to bflynn@massconvention.com in writing in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on April 18, 2025. Each bid shall be submitted and will be considered in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and other Contract Documents, and shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the value of the bid. The successful general bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and also a labor and materials or payment bond as set forth in the bid form. The Authority reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all bids if it be in the public interest to do so.
