Site work and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Toms River, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a water / sewer project.
DISCLAIMER: If you plan on bidding on this project, you MUST contact Van Cleef Engineering at (908) 359-8291 The work of this Contract includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Crabbe Point Pier reconstruction includes remove and replace wood decking, posts and railing, lights and electric service wires/conduits on 100' by 8' wide pier, 25' x 8' wide handicap approach ramp, and wood decking on 15' x 8' wide at grade boardwalk. Decking and top rail on side railing shall be TREX Construction shall also include disposal of all debris, furnishing and installation of all material and provide all labor and equipment necessary and incidental thereto Each Bid must be accompanied by a proposal guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Check for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the full amount of each Contract Bid, not to exceed $20,000. The Borough reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all Bids, if it is in the public interest to do so All questions shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer and shall be postmarked at least ten (10) days before the established date for Bid opening
