Site work and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Toms River, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a water / sewer project.
The Work of This Contract Includes, but is Not Necessarily Limited to the Following: Crabbe Point Pier Reconstruction Includes Remove and Replace Wood Decking, Posts and Railing, Lights and Electric Service Wires/conduits on 100' by 8' Wide Pier, 25' X 8' Wide Handicap Approach Ramp, and Wood Decking on 15' X 8' Wide at Grade Boardwalk. Decking and Top Rail on Side Railing Shall Be Composite Decking Material. Construction Shall Also Include Disposal of All Debris, Furnishing and Installation of All Material and Provide All Labor and Equipment Necessary and Incidental Thereto. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Proposal Guarantee in the Form of a Bid Bond or Certified Check for an Amount Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Full Amount of Each Contract Bid, Not to Exceed $20,000. Surety Shall Be Made Payable to: Borough of South Toms River and Shall Be Without Condition or Qualification. The Borough Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities or to Reject Any and All Bids, if It is in the Public Interest to Do So.
