As of June 04, 2025, the project was awarded to Earle Asphalt Company., Inc, with an awarded amount of $1,746,913.13. Question Response Deadline: April 25, 2025, 12:00pm The work to be performed under this Contract consists of the installation of approximately 1,700 linear feet of Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP), varying in sizes of 12", 18", 24", 36", and 60", across various locations in Beachwood Borough, Brick Township, Jackson Township, South Toms River Borough, and Toms River Township. The installation will be carried out using a hot water or steam curing process and will include all necessary tasks such as traffic control, bypass pumping, and clearing of the existing storm sewer lines and drains to ensure proper conditions for the CIPP installation, meeting all required standards. A Bid Security in the form of a Bond, Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or e-bond using Surety2000, made payable to the County of Ocean in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid (but not in excess of $20,000.00) must accompany each proposal as a guaranteewhich may be forfeited and retained by the County in lieu of its other legal remedies if a successful bidder's proposal is accepted by the County and he shall fail to execute and return to the County the required contract and bonds not more than twenty-one (21) days, Sundays and holidays excepted, after the delivery of the prepared contract and bond form to him by the County.
