Supply and delivery of Two (2) 69kV Circuit Breakers. Bids shall be on the forms provided for that purpose and according to the Contract Documents prepared by EPS Engineering & Design, 2029 County Highway I, Suite 1, Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, 54729, dated March 10, 2025. Suppliers who are not on the Plan holder's List will be disqualified from bidding. Technical questions should be directed to the Engineer by calling 715-933-8033 or by email at d.krause@eps-ed.com. Bid security in the amount of ten (10) percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids shall be directed to the attention of Mr. Jeremy Boe at the 1303 E Division Avenue, Barron, WI 54812 securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside wrapper, "BID FOR SUBSTATION CIRCUIT BREAKERS". A pre-Bid conference will not be held. Barron Light and Water reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Utility.
