Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Medina, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a 8,647-square-foot, one-story above grade, 11-unit multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
The Medina Metropolitan Housing Authority invites sealed bids from qualified contractors for the construction of a new 11-unit affordable housing building and associated site improvements to be known as: The Lafayette 881 Lafayette Road Medina, Ohio 44256. PN - 2023.032 A new construction eleven (11) unit, one-story supportive housing development on Lafayette Road in Medina, Ohio. The building will provide supportive housing for chronically homeless individuals. Building areas include resident activity spaces, counseling spaces, administrative office and work areas, and staff and building support spaces. The resident apartments will be comprised of typical one-bedroom units of approximately 552 square feet each. The four-story building will have a gross square footage of approximately 8,647 square feet. The project will be financed through multiple funding sources and is being developed by Medina Metropolitan Housing Authority.
