Notice is given that the Council of the Borough of Westmont will accept sealed bids for Shade Tree Emergency / MiscellaneousTrimming for May 2025- May 2026. Each bidder must submit a Bid Bond in the amount of Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars.Successful bidder must submit a performance bond in the amount of Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars. Specifications may beobtained at the office of the Borough Secretary, 1000 Luzerne Street, Johnstown, Pa. 15905. Bids must be received no later than3:00 P.M., Tuesday, May 13, 2025, and will be opened at the regular meeting of Council at 6:00 P.M. The Borough reserves theright to accept or reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, to waive any informalities and technicalities and to accept any bid it maydeem to be to the best interest of the Borough. Bids may be held by the Borough for a period not to exceed thirty-five (35) daysfrom the date of bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidders prior toawarding the contracts.
