Request for Qualifications for Structural Architect/ Engineering Services The Perry County Fiscal Court is soliciting qualifications from structural Architects/Engineers for the Hazard Perry County Senior Citizens Center Renovation Project. The Perry County Fiscal Court is seeking funding for a project that will result in the Project. The Fiscal Court is seeking the technical assistance of a qualified structural Architect firm to assist them in the development, planning, design, and construction observation of this project. Minimum requirements include previous experience of similar projects, and familiarity with the region. Respondents should submit a minimum of three (3) copies of their statement in a sealed envelope clearly marked Perry County Fiscal Court Architectural/Engineering Services Hazard Perry County Senior Citizens center Renovation Project. Submittals should be made to Angelia Hall, Perry County Fiscal Court, Grants Coordinator, 481 Main Street Hazard, KY 41701. The Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Attention is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed under the contract, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section109, Title VI, Section 504 and EO 11246.
