Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Independence, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The District intends to secure services to include Rehabilitating Raw Wastewater Pump Nos. 1 and 2, and the motor for Pump No. 2. Also, replacing the variable frequency drives for Raw Wastewater Pump Nos. 1, 2, and 6. The Project has an expected duration of 652 days to substantial completion. The specifications are attached hereto and made a part hereof. LITTLE BLUE VALLEY SEWER DISTRICT HEREBY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL BIDS/PROPOSALS AND TO WAIVE IRREGULARITIES THEREIN. BIDDERS/RESPONDENTS AGREE REJECTION OR WAIVER IS WITHOUT LIABILITY BY THE DISTRICT FOR CLAIMS OR DAMAGES BECAUSE OF REJECTION OR WAIVER, AND TO SEEK NO RECOURSE AGAINST THE DISTRICT THEREFORE. SUBMISSION OF A BID/PROPOSAL SHALL CONSTITUTE AGREEMENT BY THE BIDDER/RESPONDENT TO THE ABOVE CONDITIONS. Question Deadline 04/28/2025 Submit all questions via email to: 1.
