The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Kansas City District (NWK), intends to solicit, negotiate, and award one (1) Small Business, Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC), indefinite delivery contract (IDC), in accordance with 40 U.S.C. Chapter 11, Selection of Architects and Engineers (formerly known as the Brooks Architect Engineer Act) as implemented in FAR Subpart 36.6 and DFARS Subpart 236.6. A firm will be selected for negotiation based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the required work. The A-E IDC is required to support projects within Lake City Army Ammunition Plant (LCAAP) program projects assigned to NWK. The total value of all task orders issued to the small business contract will not exceed $29M. The task order ordering limitation will be $2,500 minimum and $5M maximum. The guaranteed minimum is $2,500 for each resulting contract. Work will be issued by negotiated firm-fixed-price (FFP) task orders. Under a separate synopsis a contract will be unrestricted. The total value of all task orders issued to the unrestricted contract will not exceed $49M. Small businesses may be considered for both the unrestricted (W912DQ25RA040) and the small business set aside (W912DQ25RA039) contracts. Small businesses must clearly identify whether they want to be considered for the unrestricted (W912DQ25RA040), the Small Business Set Aside (W912DQ25RA039), or both. Only one Standard Form (SF) 330 is required to be submitted for both IDC contracts. The period of performance for this IDC will begin on the date of the contract award and the order period will be in effect for three (3) years with one option of two (2) years. The period of performance for task orders awarded will be determined based upon the work requirement and will be included in the task order solicitations and negotiated task order award documents. Award of this contract is anticipated in fall of 2025. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time
