This meeting will be hosted by Zach Dean, Project Compliance Coordinator-Water Division. Scope of Work 1.1. The City of Independence, Missouri invites bids from firms to perform the following scope of work at the Courtney Bend Water Plant for the Water Department. The Contract for this project shall provide for, but not limited to, all equipment, materials, workmanship, and labor required for the proper removal and reinstall of North and South walls of Filter Valve House #2. The scope of work to be completed by the Contractor for this project shall be categorized for the purpose of bidding as follows: Line Item No. 1) Provide for all labor, equipment, materials, and services required and as specified for complete tear off and removal of the existing siding on the North and South of Filter Valve House no. 2, it's North door, and windows on the South of the FVH. Line Item No. 2) Provide for all labor, equipment, materials, and services required and as specified for the removal of the existing angle iron on the bottom transition. Line Item No. 3) Provide all labor, equipment, materials, and services required and as specified to install new siding and North door. Line Item No. 4) Provide all labor, equipment, materials, and services required and as specified to apply insulation on the inside of the structure. 1.5.
