Framing and Foundation Repairs - North Gower Salt Dome The successful Bidder shall achieve Completion of the Work no later than 22 August 2025. A bid deposit of ten percent (10%) of the Contract Price, in the form of an electronic bid bond, is required with this RFT. Performance security will be required from the successful Bidder prior to the execution of a Contract or the issuance of a purchase order. Such performance security will be a Performance and a Labour and Material Payment Bond each in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price from a surety company in a form that is acceptable to the City. The City may accept any Bid, whether it is the lowest or not, or may reject any or all Bids.
