The Board of Education, Vandalia Community Unit School District No. 203, is seeking bids for the replacement of the tennis courts at Vandalia High School. Bids received after the stated date and time will not be accepted and will be returned un-opened. Contractor shall pay not less than the prevailing rates of wages to all laborers, workmen, and mechanics performing work under this contract, and shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois Wages of Employees on Public Works Act(820 ILCS 130/1-12). All contractor's bonds shall include a provision that will guarantee the faithful performance of such prevailing wage clause as provided by the bid specification. Vandalia Community Unit School District No. 203, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
