Reference Number 0000291200 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/04/25 12:00:00 AM EDT The Facility Operations Services of the City of Ottawa is seeking offers from qualified firms to provide all labour, equipment, and materials for janitorial services at four City locations: 951 Clyde Avenue Woodward Yard located at 1683 Woodward Drive Esther By Daycare located at 1550 Caldwell Avenue Olde Forge Community Centre located at 2730 Carling Avenue A performance security will be required from the successful bidder prior to the execution of a contract or the issuance of an Award Letter by the Contracting Authority. Such performance security may, at the discretion of the City, be either in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Total Tender Price Performance Bond for a Multi-Year Contract with an Emergency Remedial Measures Rider in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Total Tender Price from a surety company authorized by law to carry out business in the Province of Ontario. The City may accept any bid, whether it is the lowest or not, or may reject any or all bids. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
