Reference Number 0000383292 Delivery Point: City of Arvada Purchase Type: Term: 06/02/2025 02:00 AM EDT - 06/01/2026 02:00 AM EDT Option: optional 4 annual renewals The purpose of this contract is to have a consultant on call to assist City staff on a wide variety of parking studies, parking management, parking agreements and consulting tasks. The consultant will be expected to assist on projects with a mix of funding sources and on different phases of projects from planning to design to construction and operation. The consultant will be an extension of city staff and may be asked to develop strategies related to Travel Demand Management (TDM) and create graphic design or communication material to help explain the pros/cons of parking decisions. These specifications and scope of services cover the requirements for providing quality consulting services for the City on an as-needed annual basis to one or multiple proposers. The intent is to award a not to exceed yearly $100,000 contract(s) to Parking Consultants.
