Reference Number 0000383527 The City of Arvada is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide Con struction Management / General Contractor services for the abandonment of an existing 8-inch asbestos concrete (AC) waterline in the heavily-trafficked central corridor of Arvada. It is the intent of this Request for Proposals to award the CM/GC services to one Contractor in phases. The awarded Contractor will provide preconstruction phase Construction Management (CM) services ("Phase I") and will have the opportunity to be the General Contractor (GC) during the construction phase ("Phase II"). Phase II is not guaranteed and is dependent on a successful Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) negotiation and approval by the City Council.
