Renovation of a water / sewer project in Fergus, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Township is looking for a Qualified Contractor to comple the upgrade of the UV system at the Fergust Wastewater Treatmetn Plant. Scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: Drainage of the UV channels and diversaion of the effluent flow to CELL No. 2 of the contact chamber Removal and demolition of: The existing UV system including the two (2) UV modules, power distribution centres (PDC); The two (2) hand gates upstread of the UV modules; The davit crane; and Removal of the electrical components and instrumentation as listed in the document. All equipment removed will be disposed of by the Contractor. Cleaning and preparing the channels for the installation of the sluice gates dn the new UV systems. Supply and install the new electrically sluice gates, the new UV modules and the associated PDC, the new lifting decise, and the floor mounted stand. Installation and connection of the electrical equipment and instrrumentation as described in the document. Comissioning and testing of the sluice gates and the new UV system.
