Site work and paving for a road / highway in Saint Augustine Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The purpose of this IFB is to solicit Bids from qualified Contractors to complete construction of State Route (SR) 16 widening improvements from International Golf Parkway (IGP) to County Road (CR) 2209. This project is partially funded under Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Grant Contract No. G1I56 (FPN 442785-1-54-01) and Grant Contract No. G3476 (FPN 210447-8-54-01). Construction of the project shall be substantially complete within Five Hundred Ten (510) consecutive calendar days from the date stipulated on the Notice to Proceed Bid Bond 5% Project Estimated Budget $16,694,353.00 210447-8-54-01 Any and all questions related to this project shall be directed, in writing, to the Designated Point of Contact. Questions are due no later than Four o'clock (4:00PM) EDST on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, Any and all questions and/or inquiries shall be directed to Ms. Fye, in writing, via email at dfye@sjcfl.us. In the event the Designated Point of Contact is absent or otherwise unavailable for more than three (3) business days, firms may contact Alexis Colbert, Procurement Coordinator at acolbert@sjcfl.us.
