Reference Number 0000383140 Description The City of Taylor is seeking qualified contractors to provide all labor and materials necessary for the complete replacement of the boiler system at the Ford Senior Center, located at 6750 Troy St, Taylor, MI 48180. This project includes the installation of two (2) Lochinvar Knight KHB285N boilers, associated pumps, valves, venting, and control connections. All work shall be performed in accordance with the detailed specifications outlined in this solicitation. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on-site to review project expectations and address any contractor questions. All proposals must include required bonding and warranty documentation as outlined below. This is a CDBG federally funded project and is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act and Federal Prevailing Wage Requirements. All contractors and subcontractors are required to fully review, understand, and comply with the labor standards and wage rates outlined in the attached "Davis-Bacon Act" document.
